DISGUISED EMPLOYMENT RISK
This structure removes the 'disguised employment' risk from your business. Disguised employment occurs when workers are treated as self-employed despite the working relationship having employment characteristics. If HMRC determines workers were incorrectly classified, your business could face backdated tax liabilities covering up to six years of PAYE and National Insurance contributions, plus substantial interest and penalties. By properly confirming self-employment status, we protect your business from these significant financial risks.
