We know that every now and then, cash can be a little bit tight. That's why we've introduced our Advance Pay scheme that allows you to request one advance payment each week up to £100 for a fee of only £5.
This is not a loan, a payday loan or finance. There is no interest, just a small admin fee per transaction, no matter the amount. It is simply an advance on wages. There's no lengthy applications. No credit checks. Just fast access to the money you've already earned.

Exclusively available for workers provided by The Shore Group, our pay day advance scheme provides a little extra flexibility when you need it most. Your pay day advance will only be taken when you have sufficient wages accrued to make the payment. However, contact us immediately if your circumstances change. We'll work with you to find a solution, though additional fees may apply for extended repayment.
How Does it Work?
Employees can request an advance themselves of up to £105 of wages earned on that payroll. This advance is instantly paid back as a deduction from the next payroll. The advance is paid to your bank account registered with the payroll team. All documentation and reporting are provided on your payslip.
There's a small fixed fee of £5 per advance, regardless of the amount of advance you request. And there’s no credit check, no hidden charges and no interest rates.
1. Request the pay advance you require including the £5 BoostPay fee.
2. Your request will be sent to your consultant at The Shore Group to confirm you are still actively working
3. The approved request will be sent to BoostPay to process the pay day advance
4. The pay advance amount will be automatically deducted from your next salary payment
