Social Values Policy Statement 2025 | BoostPay

1. Introduction

BoostPay was established in 2009 with the objective of delivering a tailored payroll service to clients and candidates, built on the Founders’ extensive experience of developing client relationships, great service and fully compliant payroll.

BoostPay’s senior management is committed to minimising the impact that its business activities have on the environment and to positively influence the communities they operate in.

The policy statement sets out BoostPay’s goals, targets and aspirations and highlights how we expect to achieve these for the newly diversified service offering.

Due to the rapid pace of change, the Company has identified 2026 as its baseline year to capture, measuring and reporting on the factors highlighted in this statement. The results will help to form our reduction and improvement targets with the aim of achieving our goals and embedding sustainability and social responsibility across our operations and supply chain by 2030. To support this, BoostPay aims to publish an impact statement at the end of 2026.

  1. Scope

Our approach is built on three fundamental pillars:

  1. Protection of the planet: minimising our environmental footprint

  2. Empowering our people: fostering inclusive growth and wellbeing

  3. Promoting prosperity: creating sustainable value for all stakeholders

The aims, objectives and actions in place to achieve them highlighted in this statement are applicable to all BoostPay’s business activities. We have utilised the following UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to align our strategy with:

  • SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy

  • SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth

  • SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities

  • SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production

  • SDG 13: Climate Action

  • SDG 15: Life on Land

  • SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals

  1. Responsibilities, approval and review

This policy statement is approved by BoostPay's board of Directors, and it is their responsibility to ensure that it is implemented throughout the wider Group. The Director of each division is responsible for supporting this throughout their division and ensuring that all employees and contractors representing their division understand and are committed to the objectives.

BoostPay’s Social Values committee meets monthly to review performance against targets and disseminate improvement and action plans through the group. The Board is represented in the Social Values committee and updates are regularly reported into business owners

BoostPay’s Compliance department are responsible for reviewing the implementation of the agreed actions across BoostPay’s offices and sites. Any non-conformance or areas for improvement identified will result in corrective action plans monitored to close out.

This policy statement and associated strategy will be reviewed annually by senior management to ensure it is still relevant, applicable and that the aims set out are being achieved.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be established to monitor performance. Each target established will be supported by specific KPIs which will be:
